About Us

Mario Langsten, President and Principal Owner of Vintage Sports & Racing, started the business after spending 20 plus years involved in mechanical engineering, and high end automotive service. After completing his degree in Internal Combustion Engines,  Mario worked for  several Porsche - Audi, BMW, and Mercedes Benz dealerships , and used his mechanical and engineering skills creating hardware and support facilities for aerospace research.

Utilizing over 6,000 square feet of space, including an onsite auto body repair facility, VSR is able to control all aspects of every project to the last detail. We’re not your normal automotive service shop, we strive to achieve perfection, and performance in all aspects of our work. You can take comfort knowing your car will be fully serviced at VSR from start to finish.

VSR is actively involved with racers in SCCA, BMW Club Racing, C.O.M., FIA, and various vintage organizations. We support the BMW CCA Street Survival program for young drivers, and annually contribute to various charities like the Susan Komen Foundation, and Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Vintage Sports & Racing has serviced and of all marquee’s since opening its doors in 2000.  With projects ranging from the restoration of a historic   to building numerous class winning BMW CCA club racers,  and restorations that have won numerous Concours events, VSR is able to complete projects of any scope and intricacy whether you’re a weekend driving enthusiast, aspiring racer or desire to win on the show circuit.
